Wedding Pricing

As you dream of your wedding day, with all its elegance, romance, and beauty, please know that it would be our joy to work with you to make those dreams a reality here at Inn at Still Pond.

Our Specially Priced Wedding Package Includes:

  • The use of grounds and outdoor facilities, including the gazebo and pergola, for the wedding and reception, as well as for the rehearsal on the day/evening prior to the ceremony
  • a white event tent  (40x80), with cathedral window side walls, chandeliers, and floor
  • 50 white premium folding chairs
  • 5 dining tables with floor-length cloths
  • restroom unit  (NOT porta-potties!)
  • advance photo shoot privileges on the grounds (for engagement photos, bridal portrait, etc.)
  • dressing/gathering areas – 2 cottages -  for bride, groom, their families, and wedding party - available up to 7 hours prior to ceremony
  • sound system for ceremony, with sound engineer (includes wireless lapel mic for minister, mic in gazebo, vocal mics if needed, mic stands, music stand, & amplification for keyboard or other instrument)
  • use of the Inn's ferns for decoration if desired
  • two 8 foot tables with floor-length skirts and cloths
  • Drapes for center poles in tent (white chiffon)
  • shepherd's hooks – 12 black
  • lighting package for inner perimeter and ceiling of tent – light globes wrapped in fabric
  • lighting package for pergola
  • guest shuttle service between parking area and walkway to venue area
  • use of silver goblets for bride and groom – for toast at reception
  • extensive landscape lighting
  • 12x20 Shelter - for catering prep area - includes electrical outlet, sink, and light
  • equipment set-up and take-down (chairs, tables, extra tenting, linens, etc.)
  • logistical assistance of inn-keepers on day of event

Price:  $1900 (plus sales tax of $133 for a total of $2033)

  • Frame Tent – 20x30 –  Open interior with no poles; includes cathedral window sidewalls & chandelier: $360
  • Additional 60" Round Tables (seating for 8):   $6.00
  • “Split” Tables to Go Around Center Poles of Main Tent – includes both tablecloths needed: $30 each
  • Additional 120" Round Floor-length Cloths (White, Ivory, Black, or Chocolate): $10.00
  • Additional 120” Round Floor-length Cloths, applied by Inn staff:  $12.00 each
  • Custom-color Cloths/Runners/Chair Sashes: Quote Available on Request
  • Extra Serving Tables (2) , 6 feet long, with Floor-length Skirts & Toppers:  $26 each
  • Premium White Folding Chairs: $2.00  (the classic style with padded seat)
  • Economy White Folding Chairs:  $1.00
  • Outer Pole Drapes for Event Tent:  $9 each  (21 sets available) – a really elegant touch
  • Live Keyboard Music for Pre-service and Ceremony: $75 (includes musician & keyboard)
  • Dance Floor:   $0.50 per square foot.
  • DJ: $300 for first 3 hours;  $100/hour for each additional hour
  • Bistro Tables: (6 available) $7 each
  • Comfort Package: Reduces humidity in tent and lowers temperature in its zone, circulates cooler air through tent, but WILL NOT cool the entire tent : $175  (maximum use prior to start of event is 2 hours)
  • Sound System with Sound Engineer for Tent:  $75
  • Large A/C Units for Tent:  quote available on request
  • Heating Units for Ceremony (4 white):  $40 each (maximum use prior to start of ceremony is 1 hour)
  • Heating Units for Reception (6 black):  $30 each; (maximum use prior to start of reception is 1 hour)
  • Mason Jars for Serving Beverages:  $ .30 each
  • Silver Punch Bowl, Ladle & Tray:  $25
  • Extension Cords in Multiples of 5:  $25
  • Lanterns:  Large, Black – 27” tall (2 available):  $10  each     Medium, Black – 17” tall (2 available): $5 each

*Inn at Still Pond does not allow outside equipment rentals (tenting, tables, chairs, etc.).  No linens other than those obtained through Inn at Still Pond may be used at any event.  If you desire an item that we do not have in our inventory, we’ll be happy to secure it for you.
